Hebrews Chapter 1

 The writer emphasizes the superiority of Jesus above the angels. In the first chapter the Father God calls The Son God TWICE (vs. 8 & 9) and Lord once (vs.10). This proves Jesus is God manifested in the flesh. The Son is also the creator of the universe (vs. 10). The writer also describes the purpose of the holy angels - the serve the saints who are the heirs of salvation (vs.14).
